The Student African American Brotherhood [SAAB] is dedicated to the encouragement of high moral character, scholastic achievement and community service. SAAB is committed to the brotherhood and service for all mankind.
SAAB was organized to provide educational and cultural activities for its members and others which include, but is not limited to, providing tutorial assistance, monitoring career planning and counseling, sponsoring cultural and social activities, promoting personal development opportunities and other student development initiatives.
Moreover, SAAB is organized to design a series of educational, cultural, social, spiritual, and intellectual programs that will help to minimize the negative and accentuate the positive--- presenting the brighter side of its members and community in general. It is incumbent upon each member to demonstrate the utmost level of dignity and commitment in an effort to achieve all goals within the organization. SAAB’s working motto is “If we can help somebody, as we pass along, then our living shall not be in vain.”
